Founder

Daniele Marturana
Daniele Marturana is the Founder of PokerOps and has spent over 15 years in the poker industry.
He began his career as a professional poker player (a.k.a. "beltedbike"), developing a deep understanding of game dynamics and player behavior at the table level. He later transitioned into the operational side of the industry, working with both established international poker platforms and smaller growth-stage rooms.
Over the years, Daniele has built expertise in poker room operations and workflow optimization. His work has focused on helping operators launch a poker vertical, reducing complexity, risks, and costs.
Having worked across product, poker room management, game integrity, and customer operations, he understands the operational complexity behind running a poker vertical as a whole. He founded PokerOps to provide operators with structured, hands-on poker management without the need to build an internal department from scratch.
